We hope you will love your item just as much as we enjoy showcasing them through our marketplace. If you do decide that you wish to return your order, please contact us and the seller as quickly as you can within 14 days of receiving delivery. If the seller accepts the returns, the return should be handled within these 14 days.
In case the seller does not accept the return and the item arrives being faulty, not fit for purpose, with a defect which has not been described on the website or in an unlikely rare event a different item to the one purchased arrives, then the seller will have to accept the return irrespective of the 14 days return policy.
We would advise you to contact the seller prior to purchase to ask any further questions you may have. You will also find seller's return policy on each product page.
In order for the item to be returned, please make sure this is in exactly the same condition as when received. Any returns should be shipped and tracking information confirmed within 2 working days of notifying the seller of your intention to return your order.
How to make a return:

- Notice Trendy Stash that you would like to maker a return. This is for the security and safety of the payment process
- Return the item via a tracked service
- Timing: within 14 days, beyond this time frame a return request will not be considered
The buyer will be refunded when the seller receives the purchase. As a seller, please kindly inform us when the item is received. Please note that any postage costs or duties associated with returning a product are normally covered by the buyer, unless you have made an alternative agreement with the seller prior to sending back your return. Trendy Stash does not accept any liability with regards to individual terms made between buyer and individual sellers. Please remember that we are a peer to peer platform and individual sellers are considered members who are selling their personal items.
